WTO gambling ruling part II

On 19 July, the WTO set up for the second time a panel, at the request of Antigua and Barbuda, to investigate whether the US has taken steps to comply with the earlier Panel gambling ruling. This ruling condemned the US for not having its domestic gambling laws in compliance with its WTO commitments and ordered it to make the necessary changes.

Antigua and Barbuda complain that the US has done nothing to comply with the ruling, while the US believes it is in compliance.

The Panel has to report its findings on U.S. compliance within 90 days.
