More "Race Field Legislation" in Australia

Queensland is the next state to have approved so calmled "Race Field Legislation" according to which betting operators would have to pay a fee for the use of race data.

Like New South Wales, Queensland has opted for a 1,5% levy on the turnover by bookmakers. Only Victoria has a system by which bookmakers will have to pay on their gross win on business using their race data.
